Luminous is an electronic indie pop song about how short our lives are to the scale of the universe. We’re like shooting stars and we only have one little moment to shine. The ecstatic and yet melancholic feeling I get from this thought is what I tried to put into the song. The recent passing away of two people who were dear to me inspired me to make this song. It made me realize that we should enjoy our lives as much as possible. This song gives me strength and helps me be ok with the idea that life will end one day.
